Every in-home support job has a dynamic base fee that is paid by the church member. Use the dynamic base fee calculator for an estimate.
Other costs that may be associated with your support are overtime and/or upgrade costs. These are determined by the terms of the subscription your church subscribed to. Use the subscription lookup tool to see the current status and details of your church's subscription.
Overtime rates apply when all available pre-paid subscription hours have been used for the month. The amount of hours available is determined by your church's subscription. Overtime hours can be paid for by the church member or the church themselves depending on the subscription terms. Available hours reset each month.
Upgrade rates apply when the church's subscription is for either remote support or at-church support and the church member needs in-home support.

We schedule your support
For anything that requires more than a quick answer, we will schedule a session at a time that is convenient for you. You will receive a calendar link by email to pick your preferred slot.
Direct contact for future needs
Once we have worked together, you will receive our direct email address and phone number for future questions. Email is great for simple questions. The phone number is reserved for truly urgent situations.
