Elder IT Services ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information in connection with our IT support and consulting services provided to organizations such as churches and senior community groups, as well as individual customers. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Our website does not actively collect personal information from visitors. We do not use tracking technologies, analytics tools, advertising networks, or background data collection scripts. Any third-party links on our site (such as links to our booking page, remote assistance tool, or invoice portal via Zoho) are governed by the respective third-party’s privacy policies.

We retain client and customer information for up to five (5) years following the last service interaction.
