We will contact you within 24 hours using your preferred method of communication: phone call, text message, email, or video call.
We schedule your support
For anything that requires more than a quick answer, we will schedule a session at a time that is convenient for you. You will receive a calendar link by email to pick your preferred slot.
Direct contact for future needs
Once we have worked together, you will receive our direct email address and phone number for future questions. Email is great for simple questions. The phone number is reserved for truly urgent situations.
